Meet your therapist

Anne-Marie Hosler

Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Attune Center for Healing

Supervised by Christina Whitney, LMFT # 111050

I believe healing begins with being met with compassion and curiosity. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and attentive to the connections between your experiences, relationships, and sense of self.

I tend to work especially well with women who have lost a sense of self and empowerment — female entrepreneurs, high-powered women, and women facing burnout or a lost spark. Helping you reconnect with who you are is at the heart of my work. I also offer couples counseling, giving both partners a steady space to be heard and to rebuild communication and trust.

A whole-person approach to healing

There is no single way to tell your story. Alongside conversation, I draw on mindfulness and art therapy-informed perspectives, making room for awareness, creativity, and the experiences that may be difficult to put into words. My background also includes yoga.

As the founder and President of an equine-assisted mental health nonprofit, I value experiential approaches and the possibilities for connection beyond the traditional therapy room. We can discuss whether equine-assisted support is appropriate and what options are available; it is not assumed to be part of every course of therapy.

I offer in-person care in Redding and telehealth throughout California at Attune Center for Healing. My work as a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee is supervised by Christina Whitney, LMFT # 111050.
