Brainspotting can be adapted to video when it is appropriate for your needs. We discuss preparation, privacy, and grounding before beginning.

Yes, as long as each participant is in California. Many couples join from two homes or from work and home.
We will discuss that together. Some situations — active safety concerns, higher levels of care — need in-person or more intensive support, and we help you find it.
